Event Details

  • Dates: January 26-31, 2026
  • Location: The drive will commence on the IFAS Deluca Preserve property and travel south through Florida’s cow country, ending at the Okeechobee Cattlemen’s Arena for a trail’s end celebration.
  • Activities: Participants will engage in daily cattle drives, camp under the stars, and enjoy evening entertainment that reflects Florida’s rich cowboy culture.
  • It would be a great help with planning to have registrations in by December 14, 2025. However, we will accept them until January 4, 2026.
  • NOTE: When registering multiple individuals, you will be prompted to fill out a separate registration form for each person. Please ensure you complete a form for each individual to finalize their registration. Registrations cannot be processed without this step.

Refund Policy:

  • Cancel at least 60 days before the event to receive a full refund.
  • For cancellations made 31 to 59 days prior, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.

Waivers: 

Mandatory Waivers will be sent in your registration confirmation. Each attendee is required to sign and have their waiver notarized. Signed & notarized adult waivers and child waivers must be emailed to the GFCD contact no later than December 15, 2026. Failure to submit a waiver by the deadline will result in you having to bring your valid information and waivers to the event to be notarized on-site. You are responsible for having all the information with you.

Each ticket requires a completed registration form!If you select more than 1 ticket, you will be prompted to fill out a registration form for each person attending. Ticket includes meals. Anyone over the age of 13 is considered an adult 		$850.00
Youth Ticket
Each ticket requires a completed registration form! If you select more than 1 ticket, you will be prompted to fill out a registration form for each person attending. 12 and under qualifies for a youth ticket. Ticket includes meals. 		$700.00
