Meet Brian Fielder – The Brown Circle Boss for 2026

Brian Fielder of Zolfo Springs, Florida. He brings more than five decades of hands-on cattle experience to his role as the 2026 Brown Circle Boss. His story is one rooted in tradition, hard work, and a lifelong commitment to Florida’s ranching heritage.

Brian’s involvement in the cattle industry began early. At just eight years old, he started working with and showing cattle.  Learning firsthand the responsibilities and discipline that come with ranch life. Those early years shaped a deep respect for the land, the livestock, and the people who make their living caring for both.

He continued exhibiting cattle through his teenage years and into his twenties, building knowledge and experience that only time in the saddle can provide. While the industry has changed over the decades, Brian’s dedication to cattle and ranching has remained constant.

Today, Brian is known as a hard-working Florida rancher, carrying on a passion that has guided him his entire life. Living and working in the heart of Florida’s cattle country, he represents the values that have sustained ranching families for generations—integrity, perseverance, and respect for tradition.

As the 2026 Brown Circle Boss, Brian brings experience and deep knowledge of cattle. He understands true stockmanship and the responsibility that comes with leadership. His lifelong connection to the industry makes him a natural fit for this role. Brian honors the past while helping guide the future of Florida’s cattle culture.
